Of course, on everyone's first time time visiting New York City, they sight-see. Everyone needs to visit the Statue of Liberty, the Natural History Museum, Times Square, and all of those famous spots.
However, New York is the kind of city you can visit throughout your lifetime and always discover something new.
My advice? Choose an interesting neighborhood and go local. Make it a point to visit hole-in-the-wall spots, dive bars, corner delis, and coffee shops.
